LAVA'S SUMMER 2012 CLASS SCHEDULE
3-WEEK SESSION JULY 9-27
LAVA classes serve those who seek the inspiration, transformation, and joy of physical accomplishment. Classes teach a basic yet rigorous movement vocabulary that uses acrobatics to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination; by learning group actions and partnering techniques, students also gain communication and conflict-resolution skills that are invaluable in all aspects of life. Unusual in our holistic approach to learning, the LAVA method focuses on connection with our physical, social, creative, and intellectual selves.
