Participants at all levels are invited to explore the physical rigor and creative processes of LAVA’s bedrock within an environment that is respectful, positive, and unpretentious. Each session will include handstands to build strength and flexibility as well as other forms of physical and creative training including tumbling, partner acrobatics, improvisation, and movement composition, which will all culminate in a performance in tandem with LAVA’s work-in-progress showing on Saturday, December 17th.
Session One will meet on Tuesdays with Sarah Dey Hirshan.
Pre-Registration is required by Friday, September 23rd - please email: firstname.lastname@example.org to do so.
The tuition for the 10-week workshop is on a sliding scale from $150-$300 per person.
